FAQs about ordering outside the UK

Can I buy your products if I live outside the UK?
The Foodies is based in the UK and we ship from here. At the moment we don't have any distribution channels in other countries but we do post products from here to international customers.

Obviously postage costs can be a problem so if you are interested in buying some books then email us with your country and zip code or town and ask us what the cost would be.

We will always try to make it affordable for customers in new countries to try us out so we will often discount the price of the products to absorb some of the cost of shipping and make it a fair price.

If you are happy with the price we give you we can send you an invoice by email which you can pay with your credit card via paypal. You don't need a paypal account yourself in order to do this.

The bottom line is, if you're interested please enquire and we'll try our best to make it possible for you.

The recipe we found at Connecticut Working Moms uses ready made dough, but obviously you can make your own dough instead. The main key is to shape the dough with a thin teardrop at one end so you can bend it over to form the hat flopping over. Then use red pizza sauce for the hat, and cheese topping for the face - you ca...

Thanksgiving Turkey Peppers and Hummus

Thanksgiving Turkey Peppers and Hummus A lot of recipes over Thanksgiving are rich and unhealthy but this is a great snack for children to pile into which will not fill them with sugar and salt. We found it on the Super Healthy Kids site and it has brilliant detailed photo instructions for how to cut the peppers to get the right shape. You can of course add other crudités on the side to dip in too, but the pepper strips make lovely feathers to serve. They u...

Pumpkin Hummus This is a great way to use some of your roasted pumpkin flesh after you carve your pumpkin. We found it on DomesticFits blog and it's very simple to make. You can find the recipe here. ...
