Whack A Snack Game

Whack A Snack

Like Whack A Mole, this Whack A Snack game relies on speed of reaction to bash the snacks.

Instead of bashing moles popping up through holes, you have to click on a particular kind of food on plates, as the plate covers are whipped away.

Different foods are shown, so you have to recognise the one food you are looking for, so it improves food recognition, mouse control and reaction speed.

There are ten rounds which get gradually faster, and each time you play a different food group is used.

A bit of fast fun, try it here.

The recipe was created by Carrie over at worthpinning.com and was inspired by some ...

The game has a list of foods that contain calcium for children to find the pictures o...

Grocery Shop Game This online game gets children to buy items from their shopping list. Children get fifteen items per level to find (three lists of five items each). The items, as you can see from the screen shot, are found by the shape and the colour, helping children's shape and colour recognition. On the final level the list is given with the shape and colour separately so they have to think a bit more. Fun matching and clicking game. Play here....

Seasonal Fruits and Vegetables in January in the UK These are some fruits and vegetables which are in season in the UK in January. Some are fresh from the ground or plant, and some are in storage. Please check food labels when you buy - just because a food is in season locally, doesn't guarantee the supermarket won't have imported theirs anyway!
