British Nutrition Foundation Healthy Lunchboxes Information

The British Nutrition Foundation produced a free leaflet for schools to send home to parents in 2009.

It had basic helpful guidelines about what makes a healthy lunchbox.

The print copies are no longer available but they still provide the leaflet as a pdf and a useful poster with some suggestions for menus to download

Children can make a batch as a fun cooking activity and then freeze them ...

If you have parents who do...

This is very easy, just cut (or peel if you're careful) away the skin leaving only a thin strip for the body, and draw on a pair of eyes and a smile. You can find this here. ...
