Calcium Foods Game

This is a great game from
Zisboombah, it gets children to recognise foods and also the nutrients they contain, it is also a good way to get children to understand drinking a glass of milk is a good way to get calcium but not the only way. This can be part of an overall message about eating a variety of foods in an interesting diet being the best way to stay healthy and happy.

The game has a list of foods that contain calcium for children to find the pictures of and tick off as they go.

For British readers, you may want to suggest spring greens instead of turnip greens as that will be more familiar.
